Are there any bottoms, male or female (you don't have to have a blog) out there who would care to share and send me a paragraph (or more!) about their least (or favourite) spanking implement and why?

A Spot for Tops

We hear a lot from the Bottom's perspective, not nearly enough from the Tops. 

So - are there any Tops (you don't have to have a blog) out there who would care to share and send me a paragraph (or more!) and possibly a photo about the use of a particular implement, perhaps a personal favourite or something unusual, or maybe something very normal but which gets used in an unusual way? I did one ages ago and thought fun to do another.

which I spotted on PK's blog and just had to give it a try....

Had one of your kids unknowingly pick up or use one of your implements? 
Not that I know of.

Hid an implement?
I've wanted to but that would have gotten me spanked. Maybe I should.

Had an uninvited audience for a spanking? 
No -  unless someone was looking in the window and we didn't know. 

Had an implement break while being in use?
We have had things break, hairbrush, wooden spoon and a cane (NOT the type of canes I'm selling:))

Stood up or walked out from a spanking?
No never, why on earth would I.

Purchased an implement yourself....for yourself?
I think I've bought most of ours (with the exception of a few that friends have sent us. P bought one of John's Rose Leather paddles which I love.

Have you ever had a session where all the implements were used?
No. We have far too many and that's not counting kitchen toys.  So one, it would take far too long and secondly, my bottom would be on fire.

Had to explain "weird noises" coming from your bedroom?
No, we've been very careful about things like that.

Been spanked outside of the comfort of your four walls? 
Definitely.

Spanked your significant other?
Yes and I said I wanted to do it again.

Been spanked in a hotel room/resort?
Oh, yes many many times.

Been spanked with your own belt? 

The belt rarely comes into play in our house and when it has, it's P's belt.

Leather implements required

Can I be a bit commercial here and put my business hat on.

I'd like to make contact with someone who makes or supplies leather implements, or who has the skills to do so but doesn't currently. Maybe semi retired leather worker or a hobbyist.

You see, I want to add some simple but good leather items to the canes I sell but I haven't so far found a source of supply. So, anyone out there who has a bit of spare time and knows how to work with leather I'd love to hear from you. 

Don't be shy, if you know how to make satchels or saddles, belts or sandals and that sort of stuff I'm sure you could turn your hand to tawses, martinets, straps and leather paddles. 

I love leather myself, its touch, its smell, it suppleness, the way it ages, I still have my original Leatherthorn which is donkeys years old and seems to get better with age.

So if you've got relevant skills and some time to spare, and share an interest in TTWD, why not mail me, in complete confidence, and we can talk.

Cabin Luggage

P asked me if I knew the overall sizes and weights for Ryanair cabin luggage, he'd read somewhere that they'd changed. I said I didn't think they had but I checked anyway, then I had a ghastly thought and said "P, why are you asking me about cabin allowances, you know we need hold space, we tried to get a week's gear into cabin space once before and ended up buying more stuff at our destination than ever, way more that the paltry saving involved." He said he knew that, he was just trying to work out what implements we'd be able to take, for instance he didn't think the a cane would fit even diagonally.

"Why are you even thinking of carrying stuff like that in your hand luggage?" I asked.

"Not mine, yours," he said.

"No way, not a chance, I always get searched," I said, 

"the hold bag will accommodate anything you can think of just fine."

"Ah but if luggage goes astray, which does happen, it's always the hold luggage, not the stuff you carry on board obviously, and I wouldn't want to lose any," he said.

I told him I was sure he's find something over there if necessary, he always has previously and anyway his hand is always a reliable and effective fall back. He didn't seem convinced and later when I was in the spare bedroom I noticed our large travel bags which we keep on top of a wardrobe had been displaced, presumably P had been measuring up.

I'll let you know what P decides to take in the end.

Like getting a new lover

I have a situation and it's both good and bad but having had several days to think about it now, I've decided it's more bad than good. You see I've had an on-off love affair for the past few years, with an American you could say, or an American product to be more precise. And now it's broken, critically ill actually and it feels like an old friend is passing away. And I think I'm going to miss it.

Now you can put your handkerchiefs away, as I said it isn't a person and it hasn't been an entirely smooth relationship anyway, in fact there have been times when it's brought me close to tears but there have been many more when it's helped take me to heights of pure joy.

What's happened is our Cane-Iac OTK cane has broken. Not the business part of it but the black bound handle, it's fractured inside so when you hold it by the handle the doing part just drops limp, a bit like, well, ahem, you know.

How it happened I don't know, I mean it really has had some use, if it was a car it would have many miles on the odometer but that doesn't explain the problem, which was discovered last Friday when P retrieved it from under the mattress to help me with my weight loss regime (that's another post). He wouldn't use it because he said it wouldn't respond correctly, he couldn't figure why it had broken either, he though it might be the way it was stuffed under the mattress.

Anyway it's had it, kaput. Weep sniffle.

But here's the happy ending, P said he'll order another one from Gerry at cane-iac, so it'll be a bit like getting a new lover, all tingles and anticipation, it'll have different characteristics, I expect I'll be a bit nervous of it at first and when I get to know it I suppose I'll hate it and love it just like the old one. Can't wait.

DIY Kinky Crafts II

No response from P yet to the little photo I sent him on Monday but I'll let you know when he does. I was reading an article in the Times Sunday Magazine last night about diets. I'll post about it Friday and take a couple of the photos.

Toy Suggestions

I did an inventory of our toys and posted about it here and said to P at the time we needed some new ones. He said he's hardly using the ones we have let alone new ones and in any case he would need to try them all out before he decided if any were lacking and that was the end of it.

But I've been thinking, as it's Christmas soon, I've decided I'm going to treat P to a new implement but I need some help please.

So this is where you come in. I would like something different, one we haven't tried before, I know many of you will be reluctant so suggest anything when you know it's going to be used on my poor bottom but please feel free and don't be shy and it would help if you could tell me how it feels.

20 of the best

Decided it was about time I took an inventory of some of our little toy collection, few were outdated, a few broken, some a tad too tame, these are all pretty good depending on the occasion and what's required from it.

Couple missing, not yet added my new 20'' ruler and a really long curly handle cane which P keeps at the office. He's there now by the way, with our son, trying to figure out if it's viable to photograph fashion items without employing a professional photographer. Did I ever mention P was tight?

I told P last night we need a couple of new toys but he said he's hardly using any of our current collection lately let alone new ones, and anyway he'd need to try all them out again before he decided what if anything was lacking. Chance would be a fine thing.

No.20 isn't really an implement, I included it to make up a round number,20, it could come in handy though when my stomach's doing somersaults and I really don't want to see what the next implement is going to be.

Spanking over a pool table anyone?

Well I didn't get closed down (see Saturdays post) and didn't even get a spanking.

So this will my last post for a few days as we are off to Wales, staying with family in their pub, apparently its haunted, over 200 years old. No we wont be propping up the bar (well part of the time maybe) we will probably be roped into working Christmas day, they have over a 100 booked in to eat. But that’s fine, all have to muck in. Will take some pics.

It has my mind running overtime, thinking about the possibilities over that period, just one little spanking would be so appreciated, I mean there are definitelty options -

Kitchen utensils - loads of them because it's a restaurant too

Pool table - there's one in the bar, I've always fancied being spanked over one, its such a male plaything

Quick walk in the woods - there's a forest behind the pub, perhaps there'll be some nice young saplings could be put to good use for a nice fresh air butt warming

Cellar - All pubs have beer cellar right, soundproof too, and this one even has an appropriate chair at the ready

Leather ornaments - from memory there's plenty of riding hunting stuff around the walls but probably fixed. Riding, leather, stirrups, perhaps the odd riding crop

Dip Rod (couldn't find a picture) - but P tells me they're about 3' long 1/4'' thik they use them to dip and measure the beer in the barrels. Hmm sounds bit stingy

Well I'll keep thinking and if nothing happens well that's OK too, just a nice few days will be fine.......

On Boxing Day we're all going to the local hunt, very colourful, I'll get some photos, horses, hounds and all those gentlemen in very tight riding breeches crop in hand mmmmmmmmmm.
