From an Admirer

I got this card in the post (yes I mean hard mail post),

from an 'admirer', all it had on the front was this code and inside Seasons Greetings the aforementioned admirer. It was machine printed so no clues there. I showed it to P, he asked me what it said. I said how the hell would I know it looks like a puzzle. Then he got his phone out and scanned it and laughed. He wouldn't tell me what it said but he clearly thought it was funny, then he asked me where I'd got it from and I told him I hadn't bought it, it had come through the post. Then he told me I must have been outed and laughed some more, he still wouldn't tell me what it said though but he told me which app to download so I did, and now I know.

After he'd had his bit of fun (bugger) he told me he'd sent it.

If you've got one of those scan apps you can read it, it works from the screen I've tried it.

Humdrum

Louise never would have whinged so much about their humdrum existence if she'd known what John was up to.

She'd wondered what all the bumping and banging was in the spare room.

When John told her he was going to take her somewhere special, she'd gleefully dressed her best. But John had dressed her down again to just the level he wanted.

Now, secured firmly by her husband and awaiting his pleasure, she felt decidedly un-humdrumish.

They would still be going out, said John, but he wanted to address the matter of humdrum first.

Just a few words to go with the picture I found:)

Our family situation still ongoing. Thank you for all the lovely emails.

Have a fun weekend.

Spoof gives Fifty Shades a good Thrashing

Have you heard of the book Fifty Sheds of Grey?

One of P's brothers' staff had it given to him for Christmas. I was curious when I saw the title so asked could I take a look.

Fifty Sheds of Grey is a spoof of Fifty Shades of Grey, and had been out-selling the original in the run up to Christmas.

Written under the pseudonym - Colin Trevor Grey. Grey's life was happy and simple until that day everything changed - the day his wife read THAT book. Suddenly, he was thrust head first in to a dark, illicit world of pleasure and pain. This is one mans story of the struggle against a tide of tempestuous, erotic desire and the greatest love of all: the love between an man and his shed.

The book was spawned from a Twitter account that exchanged cheeky sadomasochism puns relating to sheds and gardening. He said "I write my Twitter account alone in my shed. It’s the only place I can get a moment’s peace – at least it was."

Here's a few of the Tweets.  They'll either make you smile or groan.....

I was excited but nervous. I'd finally been accepted into the BDSM community - Builders, Decorators and Shed Maintenance.

"Happy birthday," she said placing a riding crop in my hand and lowering her skirt, "Today's your lucky day." I couldn't believe it - I was getting a pony.

"Punish me!" she cried. "Make me suffer like only a real man can!" "Very well," I replied, leaving the toilet seat up.

"I’m a very naughty girl," she said, biting her lip. ‘I need to be punished.’ So I invited my mum to stay for the weekend.

After several hours of being subjected to the cane, my buttocks were sore and red. But that's garden furniture for you.

Ever since she read THAT book, I’ve had to buy all kinds of ropes, chains and shackles. She still manages to get into the shed, though.

From that first encounter I was hooked - I just couldn't get enough of SandM (short for sheds and mowers)

"Are you sure you want this?" I asked
"When I'm done you wont be able to sit down for weeks."
She nodded. "Okay", I said, putting the three piece suite on eBay.

Hurt me! she begged, raising her skirt as she bent over the workbench.
Very well, I replied, You've got fat ankles and no dress sense.

Some nice pictures of sheds in the book:)

Have a good week.

Santa's on his way

Are you ready for tomorrow?

A quickie post as I know it's a busy time for all. We are officially closed but P's going to go into the office for an hour or so to clear up a couple of things and then it's off to pick up the turkey. I wont be around for a few days as were hosting Christmas again this year (unless I can sneak a few minutes but with kids around, doubtful)

I want to take a minute to thank everyone who has ever stopped by and wish you and your family a Very Merry, Happy, Safe and Fun Filled Christmas.

I hope you get all you wish for:)

Have a wonderful time.

Saucy Christmas Cards

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas:)

Our halls are decked, trees up. My/our cards sent, just the neighbours to be written and delivered the weekend.

Sharing a few Christmas cards from the past. These were considered a tad saucy.

Cards by Donald McGill. An English graphic artist whose name has become synonymous with a whole genre of saucy seaside postcards that were sold mostly in small shops in British coastal towns. (you can see some here) The cards feature an array of attractive young women, fat old ladies, drunken middle aged men, honeymoon couples and vicars. He has been called 'the king of the saucy postcard', and his work is collected and appreciated for his artistic skill, its power of social observation and earthy sense of humour. Even at the height of his fame he only earned three guineas a design, but today his original artwork can fetch thousands of pounds.

I wish I'd kept some of his postcards.
