I do really like having my ankles and wrists tied over my head to the headboard...never had an especially severe spanking in that position, but even a minor one hurt more than I expected. Sometime I’d like to try being bent over the bed with my hands on the floor and legs holding me on. OTK is still probably the favorite, but we also recently started experimenting with me between his legs and draped over one thigh, so my torso is tucked under his arm and I’m stretched or curled behind him. Nice thing I like about that position (beyond being pretty comfortable) is he can easily pin my legs by crossing his.
Most of those look vertigo inducing to me! Or I'd have to have Storm take my blood pressure halfway through! LOL
Most comfortable to me is the last position, but I don't find it particularly sexy. My favorite is OTK in some fashion, but it often isn't comfortable. I usually just end up over the side of the bed.

Great memories of these smashing photos. When we were going out my wife let me spank her in positions 1 and 8. Then after we were married she only lets me spank her occasionally. When I am being dealt with I like wheelbarrow for the wooden spoon, on top of the bed chest for the strap or bathbrush and over the back of the chair on tiptoes for the cane or crop.
beside him on the bed face down, him on his side beside me, head propped up with a bent arm. maybe with my face in his neck...
by far my favourite.
anxiety is not my friend - for some reason most of those positions have been tried over the years and god only knows why but my anxiety levels rise so high I am in full blown panic mode almost before the spanking starts.
Mostly now it's bent over the foot of the bed - or lying on my tummy on the bed. I have never been tied (another anxiety thing) BUT I am very very good at staying in position and not moving (well not moving much - cheeky grin)
Most of them look terribly uncomfortable. Thinking of my body at this point of my life and I would need help getting up afterward. lol

My favourite position is pretty simple, bent over a desk or table at full stretch. It is hard finding the right desk/table though. It has to be the height of my crotch and short enough that I can grab hold of the opposite end (not the sides) to that, that I am bending over but be long enough so that I must stretch to my whole length to grab the other end.

Most of those positions look very uncomfortable. Pictures of OTK turn me on, but in real life it's over the end of the bed.

Yes most of these seem slightly dangerous, accidents waiting to happen. Although not pictured is a favorite of mine; which is having her straddle a high back chair backwards.
Interesting in reading the comments how OTK is preferred, but often times OTB is the reality. I have to agree that is the case in a lot of long term relationships.

My favourite has always been and still is otk. First with a flouncy skirt, then skirt lifter and panties pulled down.
