Gluteus Maximus

P told me ages ago that strong glutes take spankings better. I'm sure it was tongue in cheek, it was when I was jogging quite a bit and he wanted to encourage me. I can't recall it working but I did pay careful attention when he took me through a series of glute exercises, I was quite pleased to have his attention.

Anyway I was browsing images the other day and came across this amusing cartoon (didn't keep link, let me know if it's yours) which suggests not only that spanking itself can help shape a girl's bottom but it's also good exercise for the arms of the spanker.

So a firmer, tighter and stronger partner to attend to it. Sounds like a mutually beneficial arrangement and I've sent the cartoon to P, he might like to replace some of his push-ups, I hope so :)

So what you waiting for, go and ask your top for a 'gluteus maximus' tone-up spanking.

Thank you to all who commented on Monday and sorry for giving you a scare. I'm not going anywhere.

Gluteus Maximus...Motivationus

Those who know me know that I run. Not well, I'm just a beginner trying to get fit and I enjoy the fresh air.

Now things are getting more interesting. P kindly took an interest recently and told me I need to strengthen my glutes, now that's probably true, along with hamstrings, quads etc etc., he also told me strong glutes take spankings better, well that was a new one on me. I've used the local gym a few times, I always have trouble motivating and it helps to see other souls wrecking themselves too, now I've also got a load of strengthening and stretching exercises I can do mostly at home. I still need motivating for them and I got a big boost of motivation.

After my run yesterday I was stretching, warming down, assuring my muscles there was no more torture to come when P came into the room. I was doing the bottom exercise, you can see it on the strip, he came up behind me, I hadn't showered yet, I was a bit sweatty, he asked me if I needed any help. I didn't but he told me he'd help me anyway, he didn't think I was jutting my backside out enough and gave it a couple of swats, I jutted immediately. Then he slid his hand inside my pants and told me I was wet, or maybe it was sweat, then he licked his finger and told me it was some of both, I went to get up and turn round but he told me to stay in position. I did and jutted some more, then he pulled my pants aside and shoved his rod right into me.

Nothing in the exercise guide had prepared me for this, so I followed my instincts, the most basic ones, and jutted, clamped, thrust, squealed and grunted with pure animal pleasure as his penetration shoved at my very core and then I lost it as I felt his pace quicken and I screamed as his hot liquid spurted into me.

I hope the neighbours put it down to my exercise exertions. I'll be sure to make a noise when exercising at home from now on, it will help disguise the occasions (I hope there will be more) when P decides to motivate me.

Gasping

Nothing much happening here, different sets of family staying with P's mom for a couple of days each (kids school holidays) so we will be getting and making visits on and off as we haven't seen them since before Christmas, lovely to see the nieces and nephews though, one lot are bringing a new dog with them which should be fun.

Snow's all gone, mornings a little warmer, I've put weight on so just started my jogging again, out at 6.00 am, know I must be mad at that time but early morning's the best time, none of the neighbours are around so won't see me crawling and gasping for breath at the end of my run :). No it's not me in the pic; imagine her older, weightier, on all fours, pool of sweat on the floor, and looking like she's been dragged through a hedge and you've got me after a run. Let you know how I get on.

I want to run the cancer charity 5K 'Race for Life' (all ladies race) again. Didn't get into the London Marathon this year so I've applied for the 10k Northern Run, should have heard by now, maybe I haven't got in :(

P wants me to pass on his thanks to you all for the good wishes for his speedy recovery he's pretty much back to normal, must be, he swatted me on the backside this morning and said 'I haven't forgotten that lazy madam in the fishnet tights you posted last week, maybe I'll catch her this weekend'........ Oooh... roll on Saturday :)
