Do things come in 3's

I hope so, on the travel front at least. I learned last weekend that I'm going to Portugal early September. P told me he's booked flights (shit that means Ryanair) but not accommodation yet, well that's ok I shall have a hand in that and I'm not as pennypinching astutely economical as my husband. We also got invited to Colombia; P's brother's lady friend invited us, his brother is going over for three weeks in November and she said we should join him, well I know P would never do a 3 week break but he did say maybe a week so that looks like a possibility and at least Ryanair doesn't fly there. So I'm just holding my breath for a third:)

It got me spanked too because I made some sarcastic comments about the Portugal flight and he told me I shouldn't be so ungrateful. I'm the one who's always urging him to agree to little jaunts, he said, and then when he takes the initiative I find fault. I told him I was only joking but he still took my shorts down and put me across his knee, it wasn't long or all that hard or seriously meant and I giggled and wiggled because I was happy really. There was no sex, he just sternly dismissed me telling me to let it be a lesson to me not to take the pee out of his well meant arrangements.  I could tell his sternness was artificial but I rubbed my backside and pouted a bit for good measure.

Have a fun weekend.

Preoccupied with Spanking

I spotted this picture last week and emailed it to P saying we should take our paddle with us on holiday and try for an outdoor spanking.

This was his reply more or less -

"You seem to be preoccupied with spanking (me - well I am a spanko P) and an outdoor spanking, which must be the most improbable of all spankings because it's difficult to find a safe place, so it's almost out of the question. And paddles, which are noisy to use and tricky to explain if found in a baggage check, similarly have a slim chance of making it. And why are you sending me stuff about holidays, we've only just had a break in Barcelona, I think the spanking aspect is your priority not the holiday, you need a shrink to dilute your spanking addiction. Perhaps hypnosis would work. Or maybe I should just spank the backside off you twice a day for a week, that might tone you down somewhat. "

Needless to say I was impressed with my husband's final suggestion although I thought a week might not be long enough. Anyway I knew he was only joking, worse luck, but he did spank me later, a pleasant little sexy one followed by some bedroom time.

Thank you for all your lovely comments on reaching my half a million.

Portuguese Men of War threaten my hols!

Spain warns of summer jellyfish invasion on Mediterranean beaches
Visitors to Spain's beaches have been warned of an influx of stinging jellyfish off the Mediterranean coast this summer says and article by Fiona Govan in Monday's Telegraph. Beware any of you guys heading that way, keep an eye on the kids and watch for the flags.

I don't read the Telegraph but I received the link in an email from P, apparently he'd seen something about it on Sky News too, all to do with global warming and the shoals of jellyfish coming close to shore. Now P does a lot of sea swimming but he doesn't like sharing with jellyfish, the reporter on Sky News said they wrap themselves round your leg and sting while you're trying to shake them off and swim at the same time, wary of course of swimming into the main shoal which would be a nightmare. One of P's friends got multiple stung last year had to seek medical attention and didn't swim for the rest of the holiday.

So what's all this got to do with anything? P said hold back on the sun-sand-sea booking, I'd got first refusal on a cancellation in Almunecar too which is lovely and remains 'Spanish', they still give you a free tapa when you buy a drink so theoretically you can eat for nothing but probably be drunk by the end of the evening. We both love the Med but he's a swimmer and it's part of his holiday and if the jellyfish flags are up only a fool would go in. So switch to the Atlantic, he said, no jellyfish there, Portuguese coast lovely at this time of year, but I haven't seen anything in budget so far and only a small timeframe to book. Anyway as they're called Portuguese Men of War wouldn't they be off Portugal too? Not at all, said P, the Atlantic's too cold for them now they've discovered the Med.

It could mean postponing till into the summer or even later but we might be too busy by then. Ah well that's life.

I had a dream

Those of you who read here know we are quite busy at the moment and in the middle of setting up a new business. Also that we're are planning to take a week off sometime hopefully this month, because once certain things are in place there will be a hiatus while we wait for stock to ship and then get down to databasing and photoing everything for e-commerce, which at the moment P insists he can build but in reality I think we'll be drafting in some professional help nearer the time.
Anyway I had a dream last night and we were both walking along the beach mmmmmmmmmm. No it's not me and P in the pic, goodness I'd probably get spanked if I even considered going to the beach in something like that.....after I'd already fallen into hysterics at the sight of my man's beachwear. Still, the dream was nice.
The warm weather's broken now, pity, I like blue skies and sunshine but have to admit its a lot cooler for working. This week P had to attend a 'driving rehabilitation' course, its a voluntary course offered by the Police to motorists who've been caught exceeding the speed limit, the course costs suspiciously exactly the same amount as the would-be fine but by taking it there is no licence endorsement. P opted for the course, he's not really a speeder actually hasn't caused an accident in 30 years of driving, he gets mad when cameras are placed in what he thinks are ridiculous places and more so when they activate at silly times when there's just absolutely no traffic or pedestrians about. He says people would respect them more if they took into account true road conditions at the time, surely with today's technology they could act more intelligently.
