Stew in one's own juice

Haha! Very amusing the wag who put these photos together but.... as I recall wasn't it a certain Boris Johnson who threatened to embarrass Her Majesty by proroguing Parliament to get his own selfish way by hook or by crook during the Brexit battles? I should think one might tell him to f*** off and stew in one's own juice:) as he now struggles to put (in my opinion) sticking plasters over the damage he's caused to her country.

Stay safe.

Have a fun weekend.

Ha ha, very funny. Yes, Brexit certainly seems to have had some 'unfortunate' impacts

I'm certainly no fan of Johnson, (and no fan of the notion of 'royalty' either, for that matter), but with Brexit.......for good or ill, isn't Johnson just delivering on what the people voted in favor of? Much like the USA, an uninformed public, voting based on whatever they heard last, with no independent analysis of the likely consequences, is their own worst enemy. Politicians are just the slimy, self-serving mechanisms of people's own self-destructive decisions.

I don't follow British politics much - too consumed with the mess south of the border here - but yes, Brexit got rid of all the people who did the jobs Brits didn't want to do, and now look!

I remember pictures of Her Majesty in uniform beside a truck.

Hugs,
Hermione

Clever picture. I do think voters all over the world need to be informed on what they are really voting for. Politicians are ‘mostly’ evil, power hungry individuals who would sell anyone out if they’d get something out of it!

We got rid of our ahole of a president, maybe you all on the other side of the pond can do the same. Good luck.

I have been reading about shortages and people lined up for petrol. Canada is still giving money to people to survive the pandemic, and many of those could now be safely working, but jobs that do not fit their inflated opinion of themselves. Plus, people railing against vaccine passports, which can provide some safety for everyone.

Morningstar - It's happening some EU countries, hopefully doesn't hit your country. Thanks.

Roz - In my opinion there worse still to come. Thanks.

Kdpierre - The Government is but their were a lots of lies told before that vote but that's always the czse. Sadly those who voted for Brexit are the ones that are going to suffer the most. Thanks.

Hermione - Exactly, we need them back. Thanks.

Minelle - Totally agree with you there. Thanks.

Baxter - I hope we can but our next General election isn't until 2024. Thanks.

Red - The world is a mess. Vaccine passport were going to go ahead for Uk, but not now, people totally against it. Thanks.

Love,
Ronnie
