We would like to tie Donald FartPants up, for a long, long time.
Then mess his hair up.

Whoa! Speaking as a conservative and an originalist, The court held 1) that the man was denied due process in being summarily dismissed. I agree he did not have his day in court. 2) The court voiced an opinion that bondage could be regulated as it was not a named right. Here they went too far, but to no harm. The way our government is supposed to work is that the courts interpret laws and legislators make the laws.

As to our presidential candidates, we have a choice between corrupt and stupid.

The article really makes you think. What century is this again? Next will there be regulation-approved positions?

And I am in complete agreement with Our Bottoms Burn!! The three branches of government were conceived to provide balance. I worry more over the demise of that system than any of the corrupt and stupid candidates with whom we are left!

I hope they don't ban that sort of thing here!

Happy they did uphold that the man was denied due process but as to the rest of it...good gravy...the government needs to stay out of the bedroom! Thanks for sharing the link, Ronnie.

Hugs and blessings...Cat
