The B&W western film expert sitting at my left says it looks like Jane Russell. However, we can not find a film where she appeared with Dean. And her trademark breasts don't look big enough in this shot. Perhaps someone else will know for sure.

My guess is she was being prepaired for a Birching with some kind of loition. There were suppose to be more clips to go with that pic you have, but this old computer I'm using would not completely load that site. Happy hunting. :)

Isn't the bloke Victor Mature?
I don't know if there were more, but I know Dean Martin and Angie Dickenson appeared together in Rio Bravo. It's a John Wayne so one of Ray's favorites.
