Yoga

I've re-started my yoga routine so I hope P ~~doesn't~~ does catch me in this position.

No one would EVER catch me in THAT position! Or anything even close to that position. Lotus position is about my limit.

Maybe I should look into yoga too.

Hermione - With all the stretching I do, I still can't sit comfortably in the lotus position, your lucky.

I'm usually always in a rush so I do my best to squeeze in 4-5 days of cardio with a little bit of weight training to build my muscle or keep it maintained.
