It wont be the Same

The big day is nearly here. Wont be such a big day for a lot of people.

I have a couple of presents for friends to drop off. I'll stand and wish them a Merry Christmas in their front gardens.

If you are lucky enough to be with family enjoy, but please take a moment to think of those who will be spending this Christmas alone and the families who have lost loved ones to this horrible disease.

Thank you to all who stopped by this year, I really appreciate it, and hope you will visit again.

Look after each other and please stay safe.

Christmas 2020

Christmas will be very different for everyone this year, so I was wondering what are your plans. Will you be gathering with family inside, maybe a Zoom meeting with them. Or perhaps a socially distanced (I hate using that expression) dinner outside in the chilly winter air, depending where you live of course?

From the 23rd until 27th the UK will be able to mix with three households, including their own, during that time. We were thinking of going to Wales to see P's brother but sadly Wales have a very high rate of infection and don't want people travelling in and out of their regions as things stand, so that will most likely be out. We will probably get together with son. daughter-in-law and Granddaughter as we are in a child care bubble anyway, but still being careful.

So what are your plans for Christmas?

Stay safe.
