P saw it in a TK Maxx in but luckily
he wasn't parked anywhere near the store, otherwise I'm sure he would have bought it,
impulsively, there and then and brought it home. Instead he took a photo of it
to show me. He'd only popped in to get some Jamie Oliver wine glasses (ugly but
functional and they don't break easy) and now he's got this monstrosity into his
head.
I told him it was a good job he hadn't been parked
near because the straight-back would have gone straight back as far as I was
concerned. What was it for, I asked him, I mean we already have dining chairs.
He said it was for upstairs, our spare room office, the swivel chair we have at
the desk in that room has become unstable (according to him) and he wants to
replace it with what he called a solid bit of kit. I said I'd test the swivel
chair, I hardly ever use it but when I have I can't say I've found it wobbly or
anything.
Then he hit me with his deal clincher as he no
doubt saw it, he told me it was also, ahem, as it happened, a perfect chair
for traditional spanking...if such a thing was ever needed. Below the belt, that
one. I felt my face start flushing and I turned away so he wouldn't see, I
mumbled something about it being out of keeping with the decor and went to make
a cup of tea. I thought to myself we already have a very comfortable futon
settee in that room which has facilitated many a spanking, and the desk itself
has supported more than a few canings, then I thought I've never been spanked
over a straight-back chair though. Hmm, it stayed on my mind.
Later I went upstairs and checked the swivel chair,
it seemed OK to me, maybe P's extra weight on it could make a difference. Then I
imagined the straight-back tucked in under the desk. Then I imagined a girl
draped over a man's knees
her finger tips barely reaching the floor and her
feet kicking in mid air as the man spanked her bare bottom. I sat on the swivel
chair again, I'm sure it felt a bit wobblier than it had:)
So I don't know if we'll get one or not, my commonsense says we don't need it, my corrupt imagination says I wouldn't mind if it appeared one day. I wonder if TK Maxx accept returns if I don't like it, I mean they don't need to know why.
Have a good week.
