I will admit that I had to Google it but RM is used as the currency in Malaysia, so that would be my bet for a location.

That's in Malaysia. RM is ringgit malaysia. I live across the border from there. And we have sundry stores that display canes this way too. for 50c a piece. sometimes 3 for a dollar. Right next to the fruit shop and across the way from the bakery LOL.
I grew up around canes (it's a cultural thing I guess) and when I buy a couple back from the shops with my groceries no one bats an eyelid. at all. lucky me.
Yep, definitely Malaysian, in fact I even own one of these and it is my favorite cane. I think I might even have a video on Spanking Tube somewhere with Naughty Freckles where I use it for a long time. I have had it for about 12 or 13 years I guess, not sure how much it has left in it ;)
