I have posted a couple but generally not over impressed and I think they do spoil some nice pictures (which are someone else's property) and many of the captions don't seem appropriate to the picture anyway, although they obviously did to someone:)
I don't mind some posters like these...
What's your take on captions on spanking pictures. Do you like, hate or don't mind them?
Have a fun weekend.

Interesting question Ronnie, I think captions can be mixed. They can be funny and add to the picture, but they also take away the ability for the viewer to let their imagination run and put their own spin on the pic.

Ronnie, I like the kind of captions you illustrated above. Take-offs on motivational posters are always fun. In general, captions add to the image for me, because I am a word person, and words excite me more t han pictures.

I don't care one way or another but "a picture is worth a thousand words", or so they say.
Captioning is like anything else: they can be done well, or they can be terrible. Interestingly I like all three that you posted because, 1:the images relate to the topic, 2: they are witty and not just obvious almost pathetic fantasy fodder, and 3: the first two at least have no spelling or errors in grammar, (In #3 "ITS" should be "IT'S" in this case. It's the contraction of "it is" not the possessive of it.)
However, MOST spanking ones I've seen are terrible because: 1: often they use some innocent photo and turn it into something kinky....sometimes to a ridiculous degree, 2: They aren't witty, but are sometimes almost creepy kink-ramblings that make me wonder what serial predator was behind its creation. and 3: They are rife with error.
I did a long essay on this in the past and have frequently ranted over this all-too-prevalent trend.
I enjoy captions on photos or art work, but must be realistic words for the fantasy being expressed, or the spanking that is happening.
these three are fun

It can go either way for me. If it's witty, I enjoy the caption along with the picture. If the caption is stupid, I ignore it and concentrate on the visual. I almost always love the drawings better than the photos! Thanks for the question.

I do appreciate a witty caption. And words probably have more of an impact for me than just a picture. Guess that's just how I'm wired.
But if it's a badly written caption then that kills the entire poster too.
I have to agree with most here and in particular the way kdpierre explains it. These "motivational" poster types are fun and cause a chuckle. Most captions I see are trying to be sexy and suggestive, but just don't seem to work and fall flat.
Best,
Enzo
I mostly like them without captions because I can usually make up my own crazy words to go with it. And some people try to sway you to their way of thinking. The ones you have I like and have seen them before. "But" I have made some captions myself when I thought it was really funny, so there :) ... I just remembered a few years ago I left some images for people to make up their own vision. Some were funny, some were way out there...

For this male who is spanked, captions help, they bring what the picture cannot not. Jack
Roz - Some words used just don't have anything to do with the picture they caption it spoils it. Thanks.
Hermione - I can understand that. Thanks.
SG - I don't mind if the words actually are related to the picture. Thanks.
kdpierre - I like the way you explain it. I noticed the last one but let it pass. Thanks.
Red - I agree there. Thanks.
Ella - I enjoy the drawings especially black and white than photos. Thanks.
Fondles - Yes some like the words and some pictures. Thanks.
Enzo - Yes you got it. They try be be suggestive and rarely works, well for me anyway. Thanks.
1ManView - Getting people to make up their own captions would have been amusing. I'm not very good a putting a caption on a picture. Thanks.
Jack - I can see that. Thanks.
Love,
Ronnie
