Brandy Alexander
1 part crème de cacao
1 part heavy cream
Grated nutmeg
Ice
Put the brandy, crème de cacao and cream with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake
Strain
Grate a little nutmeg on top and your good to drink.
I nearly always have one when we go away.
