So a Tour de France peloton participant had enough of some cheeky boy
fans who were mooning them as they cycled by at 30mph on July 14th,
Bastille Day not that's got anything to do with it. Anyway the
cyclist spanked one cheeky chappie's naked butt as he passed, causing
the guy to roar out and jump up sharply. Apparently the authorities
tried to identify the rider but the image is too grainy to get facial
recognition or see his number, otherwise they were going to disqualify
him.
What! Disqualify him? For what? Putting a cheeky young man in his place? He should be applauded!!!

They should make this part of the race competition. The cyclist who gives the best spank of the day could get a special shirt colour to wear the next day, perhaps rosy pink :)
