I'm not honestly, and those of you who meet me next
week in London will be able to testify to the fact. And email my husband
and tell him to lay off! Only joking, I can handle him my own way, in fact maybe
even turn it to my advantage.
You see I had a situation on the weekend when he
did actually tell me I was piling on the pounds in not the most flattering way.
I'd got my old bikini and a couple of swimsuits on the bed, I'd just tried last
year's swimsuit on and decided it needed changing (I never really liked in when I bought it) and I'd already decided to
ditch the bikini, well I'd actually decided last year and the year before to
ditch it but it got reprieved each time after a few words from P. See how fickle
I am to my true thoughts, a few words of flattery can throw me off
course.
Anyway he said great, go get a new swimsuit. I
hadn't actually asked his opinion. Then on his way
out of the bedroom he said "But it won't make any
difference."
"What's that supposed to mean?" I called him
back.
"Just what I said," was my husband's
reply. "They're all good in my opinion, and please don't bother putting
them on for me, but if you feel you want a new colour or something by all means
go for it, but do it for the right reason, not because you think it will make
you look slimmer or fitter or whatever. That has to come from you not the
swimwear." Then he told me he thought I'd put a few pounds on and it was ok
nothing to worry about in his opinion and off he went. Leaving me wishing he
hadn't come into the bedroom at all and then re-trying each garment before
finally going downstairs.
"So you think I'm overweight then," I said as I
went to make a cup of tea. He just smiled and asked me what the scale said. So
the scale does say I've gained a couple of extra pounds since spring, I
told him so. I also asked him if he remembered a few years back when he 'helped'
me lose weight by setting modest targets and spanking me, hard, if I failed to
make them. It took a long time to adjust my weight by that method, I made
sure of it, but got there eventually mainly because P had started to
suspect I was cheating to miss my targets. He remembered, he said he
didn't think that was necessary. I wondered why, did it mean he didn't care
about how I looked?
I asked him, I knew I was becoming a nuisance. I
said be brutal, tell me how much weight I need to lose. He said not to lose
any as far as he was concerned, it was more a case of firming up the flab
and in actual fact my weight would probably increase a bit if I did
it well because muscle weighs heavier than fat and I might be happier then
with what I see in the mirror, in or out of my swimsuits or any other clothing
for that matter. I didn't speak to him for a couple of hours, I mean I didn't
want that much truth:) Then later I asked him if he'd help me put a little
exercise regime together, he said he would if I was serious.
So he's going to and I shall work at it that's
for sure. Because when I asked him with a wink in my eye if he could consider
spanking me like he did before, he said no because it couldn't really be
judged by the weight on the scale, he'd just keep an eye on my
progress and provide encouragement and when I'd adjusted sufficiently well
to be comfortable with myself in the mirror, then he'd give me one very sound
spanking for having thrown my old swimsuits away.
So that's the deal and I expect it to start in the next few days. And I won't throw my old
swimsuits away just in case but needless to say I won't tell him
that.
Have a fun weekend.
Have a fun weekend.

You have a great weekend too! I need to start working out. I think P's idea would work over here too. Eric won't get involved with any of my weight goals. Too risky for him, he says. Amy
hi Ronnie, I am thankful I am not married to P.! You are not overweight at all. See you soon,
love Jan, xx
Hope you have a lovely weekend. Sounds like P has a plan, but I like your plan to not throw those swimsuits away too!

It sounds like a very good plan. Good luck! I wish I could join you all in London next week ;(
Hugs,
Hermione
Have fun in London. Exercise is always a good thing, but hard to stick to, just like watching our weight. Remember you do not have to look like you were twenty in a bikini.

Amy - Thanks. Well if the exercise workS well, I get a nice spanking reward:)
Jan - I have put weight on since the last time you saw me. Looking forward to seeing you again. Thanks.
Baker - Thanks. I said I could probably turn it to my advantage.
Hermione. Thanks. Wish you were joining us.
Red - Thanks. Don't think I wore a bikini in my twenties.

Ronnie

Hope your new regime works for you. As Red said though, remember as we mature, things change and don't be so hard on yourself.
Ronnie,
No, you are not overweight at all, you silly girl! However, although I pretty much weigh the same as when I got married, it surely isn't distributed in the same places. And yes, I really dislike it, too. I do exercise, but it doesn't seem to make much difference except for being more agile.

and that is the same on both sides of the Pond!
Ronnie, you obviously look right with what the others have said, so don't worry about a few extra pounds. Our bodies change as we age and its harder to keep the weight off. Good luck with the exercise regime, hope it works out for you.
Have fun in London next week meeting up with the other girls.
Have a good weekend.
Hugs Lindy xx
Hi Ronnie, those comments would do me in lol. Swimsuits are the last thing on my mind at the moment lol. Sounds like you both have a good plan, good luck!
Have a wonderful time with the ladies next week :)

Hi Ronnie, :) What Roz said ^ about the comments! It does sound like you have talked through to set up a good plan.
Like you, I am finding that I could use some regular exercise to do some toning up. I don't really have weight to lose, but things have re-distributed themselves, and I need to get to work/get in shape. At a recent doc appointment, I told her that "My whole life I was a pear. Now I am a tomato!" She laughed and told me, "You mean an apple! Welcome to the other side." Yeah that! Haha! Lucky us! If you find some good exercises to do, maybe you could share?
I hope that P gives you a wonderful gg spanking when you have the results that you want, and at all points along the way! Have so much fun at your meet up! Awesome!!!! Many hugs,
<3 Katie
SG - Lets hope I can stick to it. Thanks.
Ella - I agree about growing old sucking. I've put loads on since I last saw you:( Thanks.
Lindy - A little more than a few pounds. You are right, so much harder to loose weight where you want to loose it. Thanks. Looking forward to meeting the girls.
Roz - Thanks. Personally I think the days of me wearing a bikini now are gone though I do prefer it to a swimsuit. Can't wait to meet up again. Thanks.
Katie - Yes toning is good. I seem to always put weight on around my stomach and then when I try to loose weight it goes from my face and bottom not my stomach:( I'll see what P has in mind and if I think it's working will share.
A gg spanking would be wonderful. I will be lovely to meet the girls again and a special friend from the US. Thanks.
Love,
Ronnie

I've put on half a stone since we last met, Ronnie. Thing is though, my face looks better for it - I need a bit of extra fat to hang the wrinkles on! I bought two new swimsuits recently, both with tummy control panels! Looking forward to seeing you and the girls next week.
Rosie xx
Rosie - Same here, I've put on just over half a stone but seems to have gone on around my stomach:( You'll have to tell me where you bought your swimsuits from. Looking forward to next week. Thanks.

I would have not been able to have been so gracious given those comments - I would have absolutely flipped out.
I hope you get the results you desire.
You need to feel beautiful and if exercising will help you feel that then I you lots of support and good wishes. Though I am sure you are beautiful just the way you are. :-) I wish I could motivate myself to eat healthy and exercise. A reward spanking if I reach my goals could be a good motivator I would imagine. :-) Hope you enjoy your rewards... Hugs
Lea - He just confirmed what I was thinking. Thanks.
Terps - You are kind, thank you. I do exercise but maybe not the rights ones so when P gives me a few pointers, I'll see if they works. A gg reward spanking sounds perfect.
Love,
Ronnie
