I don't know if this is common knowledge, I guess if the Times' LA reporter John Harlow has got the story (is it a story?) others will have it too. Anyway according to yesterday's Times Miley Cyrus is planning to celebrate her upcoming 21st by holding a party where '...guests can be chained to furniture and spanked or, for the more advanced, paddled with a bat or whipped...'
Needless to say there will be male and female strippers and strings of lights shaped like penises...you know, the usual sort of 21st. God, does her mom know what this kid's up to? I mentioned it to P, he said her mom was probably helping organise it, they both needed spanking in his opinion. Well, P, it sounds like they'll probably be getting it.

Tuned in to watch a clothing design show on TV the other evening and discovered that momma Cyrus is Miley's manager and chooses most of her clothing! ACK!!! Momma's comment on some of the revealing choices was that if she had Miley's body, she would dress like that! She told one designer change a pair of leather pants into tight booty shorts! Sheesh!!!
