Yoga
I've re-started my yoga routine so I hope P doesn't does catch me in this position.
Ronnie, I joined the gym about a month ago, and I can't wait to actually have my schedule allow for me to attend a yoga class. I'm usually always in a rush so I do my best to squeeze in 4-5 days of cardio with a little bit of weight training to build my muscle or keep it maintained.
Ronnie: Now there is a yoga position to catch his eye.

ReplyDeleteNo one would EVER catch me in THAT position! Or anything even close to that position. Lotus position is about my limit.
Maybe I should look into yoga too.

Hermione - With all the stretching I do, I still can't sit comfortably in the lotus position, your lucky.
