Away for New Year
I'll be away by the time you read this. It's unexpected but a welcome opportunity, we wouldn't have been able to go if P's aunt hadn't asked his mom to visit her and stay over a couple of nights. Anyway his mom agreed, she doesn't live far away so P took her over there Sunday afternoon and we're going to let in the New Year in a hill top village at P's brother's pub restaurant. I'm quite looking forward to it actually, it'll be lively and different and usually, not always but usually, when we go and stop over anywhere I manage to get spanked. Sometimes by intent and sometimes not.
This isn't the same pub restaurant his brother had before, this one is nicer, he's refurbished it from a brewery fire sale and in the last six months he's really established the place as a firm favourite for both food and drink. There's been a cost to all the effort and upheaval unfortunately, his brother's marriage has broken down and his wife has moved out, I don't know if it can be fixed, it's really a pity because she's nice and popular and no one saw it coming, least of all his brother. Anyway that's where we'll be.
Enjoy the fireworks this evening:)
Have a great time. Nothing like a warm friendly pub to set the scene for New Year. Sorry to hear about the brother's marriage break up. Is there a case for marital spanking therapy to be recommended by you?
Glad you got away.I would have thought working in the pub trade would put an unenviable strain on the most secure of relationships. He'll surely appreciate a good heart to heart with P (albeit in their special male monosyllabic kind of way) Sarah,LD,UK
sorry to read about P's brother's marriage problems. Hope you have a nice evening, and vacation, and are able to cheer him up somewhat. Happy New Year Red
Enjoy your holiday and Happy New Year to you both.
