The list goes on.

"I don't give a monkey's" not real cockney slang

M:e - My pleasure, happy you liked it.

PK - I'd need a translation for some of the others, these were the easy ones to understand.

Thanks all.

Hope you have a good weekend.

Love.
Ronnie
xxronniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16402712634206383021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-272814126070678048.post-5346716262753163132010-02-05T21:59:08.486+00:002010-02-05T21:59:08.486+00:00Darn Ronnie! Mike Baldwin was a cockney.

We have the same problem here with French as your friend had with Spanish. Quebecois French is quite different from Parisian French, which is what was taught when I went to school.

Tell me: is "I don't give a monkey's" also rhyming slang? I can't figure out the end to that one.

Hugs,
HermioneHermionehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15395671806340391253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-272814126070678048.post-20379673656969658492010-02-05T08:46:58.543+00:002010-02-05T08:46:58.543+00:00now my Love still plans to take me on a trip to Lo...now my Love still plans to take me on a trip to London... and when I did my English exams years ago I got a 9.9 cause 10 is only for our Lord.. but this I ded not learn.. grinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

have a wonderfull weekend....

love, Lessahestiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09235367231120619338noreply@blogger.com
