Changing Sides

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Report in yesterday's Sunday Times (haven't linked article as you have to pay to read Times on line these days) about women, from age 30, experiencing changes in sexual leanings (nothing to do with spanking), veering from heterosexual to lesbian to bisexual in no particular order, or perhaps all three. The report says only after the age of about 30 do women start to get these feelings, understand and acknowledge them and, understandably, have the self confidence to report them.

P saw the article and asked me if I thought I had any lesbian tendencies, I laughed and said I didn't think so, He said why not, was I perhaps hiding them, then he went on to name a few women who've 'come out' and I was surprised to hear that BBC news anchor Jane Hill was amongst them, I know P always fancied her, brainy and easy on the eye as he once described her. He probably fancies her more now, does anyone else get this from their men? Is it just my husband who's ears prick up when anything sapphic crops up?

I then thought about telling him that I was developing an interest in gay men but he'd see through it, he knows my interest in gay men ends with hairdressers and fashion designers. I also thought about telling him I'd started getting a bit of a crush on one of the girls from the office but I've no idea how I'd start it off and make it convincing. I'd just like to see his face if what appears to tickle his fancy became reality. Men:)

Well, that is an interesting theory. Perhaps it is a time of discovery. Who knew?

Well I haven't felt any real lesbian tendencies but I do love the beauty of a woman's body. The pictures from your last post - well I think that they would look sexy to anyone!

Hugs,
PK

Hermione - It is an interesting theory, how true is the report, I'm not totally sure but I do think the older you get the more confident you become. Well that's certainly been the case for me.

PK - Your right. I certainly can see the beauty in a woman's body and don't mind saying. Thanks PK

1manview - I would as well, LOL. Thanks.

Appreciate you all stopping by, thank you.

Love,

I actually had someone once tell me that most women (perhaps all women) were actually bisexual and just lived in denial. So who knows? I don't know if I feel very bisexual.

Turiya - I was speaking to a friend about it and she said she had heard the same, not sure about it though.

You can admire a women figure and beauty without physical attraction.

Thanks Turiya.

Yup, I feel the same way. I can look at a women and determine whether she is attractive or not (to me), and maybe admire her beauty, but it doesn't mean I want to jump into bed with her. I've never met a women, no matter how beautiful, who enticed me enough to want to do anything sexual with her, so I think it's safe to say I'm not bisexual.

Of course, it was a man who said that to me and most men are so homophobic that they think just looking at someone of the same gender and admiring their looks must mean you're gay. Women aren't so hung up on the beauty of other women as men are with the looks of other men.

Maybe just a tad too much John Knox and religious upbringing, has made us the way that we are. Hopefully our children are better able to allow their emotions and feelings to surface fully.

The letters to type were "rejurvin", maybe rejuvinate, by experiencing new love, as long as it does not destroy the curent lov ein your life.
