Penis Parade

Over a cup of tea this morning, taking a break from researching our new business, I came across this little article which I thought was funny, it apparently takes place in the city of Kawasaki in Japan (isn't that where they make the motorcycles). In Spain they parade bulls and sometimes donkeys, in the UK we have the Notting Hill Carnival, in New Orleans they have the Mardi Gras.....Japan has penises. They've also got penis candles, penis ices and penis sculptures in the article.

Hmmmmmm...I'v been to lots of parades in my little town but I can't remember ever seeing a giant penis in any of them. Different strokes for different folks.

Hugs,
PK

OMG.... Well, they always did have a strange idea of what constitutes entertainment....I remember Chris TArrant used to host a show of their equivalent to our "Its a knockout".... we would be throwing wet sponges to knock people off a log, and having great fun, they were putting crabs or scorpions or snakes etc down their trousers...or hanging weights from their privates, or standing on iceblocks barefoot....it was an endurance test...involving excruciating pain!!! What on earth were you looking up to find THAT, Ronnie? Hahahahaha! Love n hugs, xxxxxxxxxxx

Oh my, I would certainly be on the sidewalk, cheering and waving, if we had parades like that! The closest I've come is watching the St. John the Baptist Day parade, with a topless John wearing an animalskin and holding a lamb.

Hugs,
Hermione

That one pecker would be big enough to satisfy ALL the women in Japan, lol! That's really too funny!

PK - Hiya, certainly would make parades a little more fun :)

Daisy - yes I remember that show, some funny things they did to themselves. I was actually looking at some China sites and hit a link and hey presto got the parade picture. Well that's my story.

Hermione - Thanks. I'd be on the sidewalk with you.
BTW - couldn't find Heart & Soul in our local WHSmith but yesterday one of the offices was selling some books for charity, (50p each) and they had Maeve Binchy's Echoes, so I bought it, haven't started reading it yet.

Tapestry - hello, Thanks for stopping by. Did you hit the link and see the candles picture?

Tiggs - hope your feeling better today. The others pictures were pretty good too, like the women eating the penis ice lolly :)

Thanks all.
